Erdbeere Kokosnuss Crumble - Strawberry Coconut Crumble
Zutaten:
Crumble
50g Kokos Öl
3 EL Ahornsirup
1 Prise Salz
30g Kokos Rasplen
40g Kornflakes
40g Haferflocken
60g Mandel Blättchen
Füllung
350g frische Erdbeeren
80g Cranberries
2EL Ahornsiurp
½ Zitrone (Schale & Saft)
Zubereitung:
1 Die Erdbeeren waschen und in kleine Stücke
schneiden.
2 Zitronenschale dazu raspeln und Saft hineinpressen.
3 Cranberries und Ahornsirup dazu geben und alles gut
vermischen.
miteinander vermischen.
euer leichter Sommer Dessert!
dazu Vanille Eis sehr gut!

This straberry
crumble will blow your mind! Its quite healthy since we do not use sugar in
this recipe, and the crumble is sort of healthy too! Vanilla ice cream makes the
perfect match for this crumble and compliments the tanginess of the
strawberries.
Ingredients:
Crumble
50g Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
A Pinch of Salt
30g grated Coconut
40g Cornflakes (unsweetended)
40g Oats
60g Almond slivers
Filling
350g fresh Strawberries
80g Cranberries
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
½ Lemon (Zest & Juice)
Directions:
1 Wash the strawberries and cut into bite size
pieces.
2 Add the lemon zest and juice.
3 Add the cranberries and maple syrup and mix until
well combined.
4 In a small sauce pan, cook together the cocont oil,
maple syrup and salt until it is all mixed together.
5 Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
6 Pour the coconut oil mixture on top and mix until
well combined.
7 Add you fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread
evenly.
8 Add the crumble on top, and spread evenly again.
9 Bake the dish at 180 degree celsius for around
20-25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Serve hot/warm and enjoy!
And there you
have a light summer dessert! Like mentioned at the beginning of this post, this
dish and vanilla ice cream go hand in hand. Simply serve 1-2 scoops of ice
cream together with the still hot-ish crumble and enjoy!
Have fun cooking
this dish, and don’t forget, if you post a picture online, tag it with #InCook
so I can see it!
Until next time!
