Kalorienarme Älplermagronen (Älplermakkaroni) Rezept - Low Calorie Alpine Herder's Macaroni Recipe (Swiss Dish)
Fit ins neue Jahr, das
nimmt sich wahrscheinlich jeder als Vorsatz vor! Darum hab ich hier ein
Kalorien bewusstes Älplermagronen Rezept für euch! Muss sagen das schmeckt
wirklich super lecker, solltest du unbedingt mal ausprobieren!
Zutaten:
400g Blattspinat
3 Kartoffeln (300g)
140g Makkaroni Nudeln
1 kleine Zwiebel
1 ½ EL Mehl
150ml Gemüsebrühe
300m Milch
50g gerieberner Emmentaler
Käse
Dazu passt:
Süsse weiche Birnen
3 Birnen
2 EL Zucker
200ml Wasser
Zubereitung:
1 Wasser in einer grossen Pfanne aufkochen lassen.
2 Kartoffeln + 1-2 EL Salz dazugeben und für 5min
kochen lassen .
3 Nun die Nudeln dazu geben und für 5-7 Minuten
kochen. (Die Nudeln müssen al-dente sein)
4 In der Zwischenzeit die
Sauce vorbereiten, dazu einfach Gemüsebrühe, Milch, Zwiebel & Mehl zusammen
aufkochen bis die Sauce dickflüssig wird.
5 Sobald die Nudeln
al-dente sind den Spinat dazugeben und für 1-2 Minuten mitkochen.
6 Anschliessend das ganze
in einem Abtropfsieb abtropfen lassen und in eine Auflaufform geben.
7 Sauce darüber giessen,
mit Käse bestreuen und bei 125 Grad für 20 Minuten überbacken.
8 Während die
Älpermakkaroni im Ofen ist, die Birnen vorbereiten. Dazu einfach die Birnen
längs in Stücke schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit dem Wasser und Zucker gute 15
Minuten aufkochen.
Und fertig ist eure
Kalorien-bewusste Älpermakkaroni. Es schmeckt wirklich super lecker und kommt
dem Original sehr nahe! Viel Spass beim nachkochen.

Getting fit and healthy is probably one of the
most used new years resolution. And that’s why I am going to show you how to
make a low calorie Älplermaccaroni (or also called Alpine Herder’s Maccaroni).
Ingredients:
400g Spinach
3 Potatoes (300g)
140g Macaroni Noodles
1 small Onion
1 ½ Tbsp. Flour
150ml Vegetable Stock
300m Milk
50g graded Emmental Cheese
Goes well with:
Sweet
soft pears
3 Pears
2 Tbsp. Sugar
200ml Water
Directions:
1 Bring the water in
a big saucepan to a boil.
2 Add potatoes and
1-2 Tbsp. of salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
3 Add your macaroni
noodles and cook for 6-7 minutes or until al-dente.
4 Meanwhile prepare your sauce, simply add
vegetable stock, milk, onion and flour to a saucepan and cook until thick and
creamy, set aside.
5 As soon as your noodles are al-dente, add the
spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6 Now strain the mixture and add it to a baking
dish.
7 Pour the sauce over it, sprinkle the cheese
on top and bake for 20 minutes at 125 degree Celsius.
8 While your dish is in the oven, prepare your
pears. Slice them and cook them with the water and sugar for about 15 minutes
or until soft.
And there you have it, a low calorie version of
the famous Swiss dish. Trust me, it almost tastes like the original version,
